NOTES

• • • Fees are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and VAT excluded.

    • Fees are applied for lessons at our classroom in Binh Thanh district.

    • Transportation fees (50,000/lesson) are added to lessons outside our classroom, within 30 minutes of transportation.

    • Extra fees, such as parking fees and drinks, will be added if your location requires.

    • For lessons outside our classroom, the minimum duration of a lesson should be 1.5 hours, or the rate is 400,000 VND / 1-hour lesson.

    • Rates are applied for 1:1 lessons. For 2:1 lessons, the flat rate is 350,000/hour.

    • Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or via PayPal.

    • The 30-hour and 60-hour packages are refundable within 1 year from the payment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• • • Cancellation made less than 4 hours before: 100% of the lesson will be charged.

    • Cancellation made within the day: 1 hour of the lesson will be charged.

    • Cancellation made at least a day in advance: the lesson will be rescheduled to another time or day.
